ROBUSO Scissors for strong cuts - for technical textiles - 1071/C/7.75"
Our scissors are expertly aligned, sharpened, and assembled with great care and attention to detail by our highly skilled sharpeners and nailers.
For easy and precise work with our special developments, a fine micro-serration is applied to one of the two cutting edges of the scissors. It secures the fibers of the material during cutting and allows for a uniform and accurate cut. Our customers also appreciate the smooth and even performance of our scissors, which ensures a pleasant cutting experience.
Located in Solingen, we place great emphasis on quality and durability in the production of our scissors.
Therefore, they are handcrafted from C60 carbon steel (non-stainless). With our 100 years of experience in manufacturing, our scissors are known for exceptionally long life and durability.
Our ROBUSO scissors 1071/C/7.75" have been in unchanged use for many years, as they enable easy cutting all the way to the tip due to their good leverage. With their short, strong blades and long handles, the scissors are ideal for short, strong cuts in light to medium-weight glass and carbon fiber, aramid fabrics, knits, and felts. The scissors are also a very good solution for cutting tapes, cords, thin ropes, and hoses with aramid core.
The ROBUSO cutting shears for technical textiles impress with their powder-coated handles with a grippy textured surface. This allows for a secure grip on the scissors even with oily hands or gloves, provides high impact resistance, and offers improved resistance to heat, sweat, and moisture.
The blue-tempered scissor blades are a special quality feature. This fine edge ensures a particularly smooth and easy cutting operation.
The scissors are particularly well suited for cutting aramid, Dyneema, carbon fiber, and glass fiber.
